We all want to be able to do everything with a perfect memory. But we can’t because our brains are constantly bombarded by distraction, so we are not always sure what to focus on.
In order to be able to focus on one thing, you have to be able to focus on something else. We are all addicted to this in some way. Just to be able to focus on a task for long periods of time, and know that you can always fall back to your regular routine when you need to, is a pretty amazing thing. But what this means for us is that we must constantly be able to switch our attention.
Being an addict, you can’t get off the hook.
You have to deal with it no matter how hard you try to just get out of it. When we think of addiction as something you can get rid of, we generally think that the problem is that you can’t stop. That’s not true. There are a lot of problems that cause you to get hooked on something that you can’t get off.
The problem is that you have to constantly get hooked on something you can't get off. Like all addictive substances, it takes time to find a replacement. So if you think you can get off a drug, then you have to keep using it for a while before you find another one that you can do without. The same thing goes for addiction. The addiction to a certain activity or activity that you cannot get off is the problem. It is the addiction that causes a problem.
It's like with any addiction. When you have a drug that you can get off, you have to use it for a while before you find a replacement that you can get off of without a long recovery period to get hooked back on.
The same thing goes with addiction.
Like with any addiction, once you get hooked, you have to continuously use it for a while before you find a replacement that you can do without.
I think this is especially true for addiction. There are 11 reasons why you should be addicted to technology because addiction is the root cause of most of the problems in the world today.
1. Lying. Being addicted to something can be quite an addictive habit. Just like with anything else, a lie that is used to get addicted can also be the root cause of addiction. So if you find that lying to yourself is the root cause of your addiction to technology, then you're probably addicted to technology.
Here's the problem. The first thing you have to do before you can even start believing that it's true is to lie to yourself. Not just lie about where you're at in your life, lie to yourself. Lie to yourself and you find that lying to yourself is the root cause of your addiction to technology.
