Confronting Racial Injustice in the Simply Industry

simply

It’s not a new phenomenon. Just like the Civil Rights movement, we’re seeing a rise in racial profiling in the Simply Industry.

That said, the trend is definitely still there. But as I'm sure you're aware, it can be very difficult to prove to profile. In fact, to prove to profile, it's necessary to present a concrete example of it. To do that, companies like Simply Industry are using “blacklisting” techniques to limit a person's ability to get jobs, even if they're perfectly willing to work for someone like you who claims to be qualified.

Blacklisting is nothing new.

Blacklisting was a tactic used in the 1950s and it remains relatively effective today. In the 1950s, black lists were created for spies, dissidents, and political opponents who were being sent to a concentration camp. Today, black listings are used to prevent people from entering certain professions, such as engineers or physicians.

I don't know how you could stop someone who is on a blacklist from getting a job. Even if you had something on them, just sending a blacklist to the potential employer is almost as effective as a blacklisting.

The simple industry has some problems.

It's difficult to identify who is a simple industry member. For example, is someone on the "Racial Injustice" list who is not white enough? It seems as though some people are on there more than others, but there are some black listings that just aren't as effective as others.

The simple industry also has the problem of people making an issue of “race” and “racism” in the workplace. There are a few people who are so obsessed with it that they will jump on it. Of course, many of these people are just doing it for attention, so that is not the real reason for this.

It's because simple industry members are racist, and the only way to defend yourself against that is, to tell the truth, and be proud of it.

A simple industry is a company that provides work to people of all races. But, some of the listings in the Simply Industry section are so specific that they’re nearly impossible to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for. We’ve highlighted the ones that are most likely to be the most effective in our research.
