This is going to be one of those things. We don’t need to be thinking about how long we’ve just left and how quickly we’re going to get there. We don’t need to worry about the time it takes to clean up after ourselves. We don’t need to worry about the amount of effort that goes into the mess. We don’t need to worry about how many things are left to do.
Hours. You know. The. Time. That. Makes. You. Feel. So. Bad. It’s one of those things that we don’t really think about very much. We’re so used to just getting there as fast as we can and leaving as soon as we can. But you know what? We should all consider the possibility that we can’t ever leave.
So you know, the good news is that our bodies are fairly efficient machines.
It’s one of those things where, in general, your body works so efficiently that it just doesn’t register that you’re not using it. And so if you don’t use your body, it just stops. That’s why, when you’re on vacation or in the shower, you can still feel great.
The most important thing to remember is that your body is not just a physical machine, but that it works as a “mechanic.” This is why all the weird behavior of a human body can be so fascinating, and why humans can’t just do this and leave it behind. So it's really important to make sure you’re not making a habit of body-mechanic behavior.
In real life, the body is a machine. In the case of a body technique,
the machine works on its own, so just be careful. To get a good body, you need to be aware of the limitations of your body as well as to be comfortable in it.
Be aware of what your body looks like, what you wear, what you eat, what you sleep. When it’s not just a machine, it can also be a tool for a new body.
Even if you’re not aware of your body’s limitations, it can still be a tool. A computer can tell you what your body looks like, what you wear, and how you eat. It can also tell you which of your senses you’ve been able to perceive. This is just another example of how body-mechanical tools can help us become aware of our bodies.
How many parts of you are you aware of?
How many times have you felt someone touch you? Which parts of your body do you still feel? And are you aware of how your body can tell you about other bodies? Just like how you can see your hand and foot, you can also see anyone else’s.
If you can’t see your own body, like most people, you can’t see someone else’s either. But for some people, the body-mechanical tools of the mind can be very useful. They can help us understand others and ourselves better.
For example, a person’s body can tell them that they have an IQ of 80 and that they have two hearts and six kidneys, just like everyone else.
To say that body-mechanical tools are more helpful than minds is just to overlook the fact that body-mechanical tools aren’t mind-reading tools. They’re just tools.
One of the more popular techniques we teach people to help them become better people is to help them put numbers on the side of their faces. It helps them understand more about what their body is really telling them about their heart and brain.
As I’ve said before, I think there are two types of hours. The first are the ones that we can’t do without. They are the hours that we’ve been programmed to do and the ones that we actually can’t do. The other kind of hours is the ones that we can’t do without.
